Deposit: equivalent to one and a half month's rental except where indicated on the individual property details or where a request is made for the Landlord to accept pets.

Renewal Fee: Payable for all renewal paperwork for any extension to the original tenancy agreement.£48 + VAT (£57.60)
Late Rental Payments: when not received within 7 days of the due date and charged for each written reminder. £25 + VAT (£30.00)
Overpayment of Rental: in the event of a standing order not being cancelled upon termination of the tenancy this fee will apply for each transfer of overpaid funds and will be deducted from the overpayment made.£25 + VAT (£30.00)
