Each lodge design has been individually designed enjoying full length windows to fully appreciate the setting. There is a large decking area to enjoy the open air.

In addition interior designs and furnishings are included - for example curtains, carpets, furniture, bed linen, television... The kitchen specification includes fully integrated appliances and high quality fittings.

Ladera's premier support service includes electric gates and security fobs and satellite television. Optional extras such as maintenance, newspapers and housekeeping can be provided.
As a condition of owning one of these homes you must own another property in the UK or abroad and be able to evidence this. The site rules are that you must vacate for 6 weeks annually (dates to be set by management company) ie 19th Jan to 1st March 2014.
