Once all the children had left home I found that the property I was living in was too big for just me and thought it would be better for me to down-size.
I liked East Grinstead as it was close enough to friends and family who live close by.
Whilst this property needed work, it was so much larger than others I had seen and the fact it had it's own garden (accessed from the kitchen) meant I had to have it!
Since moving in I have re-fitted the shower room, redecorated throughout and added the fire in the lounge/diner. I am in the process of extending the lease so the next owner's will have a brand new lease.
I've found living here incredibly convenient and will miss that hugely.
