Yes of course the location was a big reason why I bought the property in the first place but it was for so much more than just that.
Things like having a good size driveway and a separate garage was something that really appealed. The low maintenance garden is a real plus as well. You can enjoy the outside space without having to get your hands dirty too often. The flowerbeds round the outside have also been raised to help me out which I'm sure the next owner will be grateful for.
I will truly miss the bungalow but hope the next owner enjoys it just as much as I have.
