When I was moving home around 17 years ago from a larger house in the village, I knew exactly what I wanted - a nice little bungalow with a garden and garage - and this was the only one I viewed because it gave me everything I needed. I love the fact that it's so easy to look after, both inside and out in the garden. As the garden is mainly lawned, I can potter about without it becoming a chore so I can sit out in the summer and enjoy my relaxation.

I've now decided to move nearer my family and will be sad to leave my lovely home but I'm sure the new owner will appreciate it just as much as I do.
