We couldn't believe our luck when we first saw this cottage. So much character, front and back gardens and all just a short distance from the sought-after market town of Cranbrook.

The gardens have been a joy. There is plenty of room for a vegetable patch and flowerbeds, as well as ample lawn for the children to have a good run around..

There is a hardstanding area where we have a shed, but with a bit of tweaking this would make an ideal parking space.
