I lived in a park home in a different area of Kent before I moved here, so knew what to expect and that I would like it. It really does provide an easy life. The standard of accommodation is always high and having that modern feel is really important to me. There is a ground rent/maintenance charge but from that they keep the site immaculate and it even covers your water bills! I have made some changes including general decor and the shower room, as most people do, to put their own stamp on their home.
Charing has everything you need and the station makes it even easier to get around, however just being surrounded by countryside never loses its appeal.
