The owners lived in this bungalow for approximately 50 years! They moved here during the 1960’s and really loved it. They found it very handy living here, particularly as they got older. There is a bus stop nearby and it’s a very short journey into the City centre. I think that in more recent times, some families have moved into the area as it is very close to Barton Court School. The bungalow is in need of total renovation, so I think it would be a good buy for an investor or perhaps someone needing a bungalow who is prepared to do the renovations.
