7 years ago I was already living in Hawkins Close but needed to downsize. I loved living here so much and never thought that I would be able to find anything anywhere as lovely to live. It is so peaceful and quiet here. So when a smaller house came up for sale in the same road I snapped it up.
In my time here I have made numerous improvements including re-fitting the kitchen and replacing the fencing and having installed new double glazing and insulated the loft and walls, it has made an extremely warm and cosy house. I shall be sad to move on but I am forced to move due to ill health.
I hope who ever moves in will enjoy living here as be as happy as I have.
