The bungalow sits on a good plot and is efficient to run, the bills were always affordable and we’ve recently fitted a new boiler. With the size of the plot there’s still potential to do more, you could extend out the side to create a larger kitchen and a new porch.

It’s also handy having a separate toilet and we had the bathroom converted into a wet room which made a big difference.
