DIRECTIONS  Onentering Sandford from Crediton proceed up the hill past the Rose andCrown Inn and park either at the top of the hill or in The Square.  Running along the side of Rose and Crown Hill is a high pedestrian Lynch.  Walk about halfway down The Lynch and the entrance to Gosses Cottages will be found on the left.  Go through the wrought iron gate, along the cobbled path and number 3 is the last cottage on the left.
