Administration Fees: If you wish to apply for one of our properties we will require an administration fee of £200 plus VAT for the first tenant and £30 plus VAT for each further tenant or guarantor. The fee is a one off fee which includes credit checking, referencing and all the paper work in relation to setting up a new tenancy. The administration fee will not be refundable in the event that the prospective tenant fails to satisfy our referencing checks or withdraws their application. A deposit will also be payable in addition to the rental payment.
