DIRECTIONS Leave Great Yarmouth via Lawn Avenue / Caister Road, at the roundabout by the stadium turn left onto the Caister bypass, and continue straight over next roundabout and continue through villages of Scratby and Hemsby. Continue into the village of Winterton-on-sea, proceed Bulmer Lane, follow the road round to the right hand side passing the church. Proceed along turning right onto The Craft. Continue along Black Street taking your second left hand turn into Market Place, bear to the left and onto North Market Road. Continue along taking your second right hand turn into Chapel Road. Proceed along to the end of the road taking the right hand turn onto Back Road where the property can be found on the left hand side.
