The location is perfect - all the local shopkeepers are friendly and helpful and I often take the short walk down to Banstead Village and then get the bus back with my shopping. It’s so useful to live close to everything which you might need.
I have always felt secure in my home and I have really loved living here for the last 55 years.
Now that it is time for me to move on and a new owner to join the generations of people who have been happy here.
