We have lived in Woodford Green for many years and having sold our main residents we kept this one as a temporary base whilst we moved out of the area. More recently we have rented it out and we found that it was in high demand so it has never really been empty. I replaced the boiler in 2014, so it's always cosy and warm. It's so easy to pop into South Woodford where there is a Cinema, Gym and many fine bars and restaurants.
