We moved here for the location which has been lovely and we have very much enjoyed our time in the country. The property offers peace and quiet but you can still get into Niton village within a few minutes. We have loved sorting out the garden and the farm land at the back means we get lots of birds and wildlife in the area. We created the extra loft room and put in a load of storage areas upstairs.
We have often thought you could extend the bungalow as there is plenty of room to the side and a builder friend once said we could have a couple of extra bedrooms and a garage underneath. We have never felt the need to do this but any new buyer may want to consider this.
