We have lived here for over 20 years and in that time have made many changes to the property. The conservatory has proved to be a popular addition and we end up spending most of our time there reading and admiring the lovely views over the garden and towards the sea. We have always tried to keep the garden up together and everyone tells us how immaculate it looks but one of our main reasons for moving is that it is becoming harder to look after as we get older. We had thought about extending the kitchen area and putting a larger dining room on the side and this would really take advantage of the glorious sea views which we can admire when having dinner. We really hope that the new owners will be as happy here as we have been.
