We have always loved the bright and airy feel to the property, the private gardens and views. This is a lovely part of Saltdean with so many amenities just down the road: the beach, park, tennis courts, shops, library and excellent schools. It's great that the renovated Grade II listed Saltdean Lido is due to reopen this year, and for walking and mountain biking the South Downs National Park is a short stroll away.

We've found it very handy for local shops and to get into Brighton the bus stop is just around the corner, and with the option to cycle into Brighton on the coastal cycle path escaping any traffic and hills we've hardly needed to use the car.
