This is a sunny happy house. The views are outstanding and the freedom our land has given us is very special. It is so easy to have a marquee, a barbecue and it is perfect to keep animals. But what is really special to us is walking our dogs. Having our own farm gate with direct access onto the South Downs is wonderful. It has been great walking on to miles of open countryside or we have taken a stroll down to the lovely village of Rottingdean and enjoying a glass or wine in one of the village pubs.

It is now time to move closer to our family but this property sure will be a hard act to follow.
