You have the luxury of the peace and quiet but also easy access to Brighton if you want it, with superb bus connections just at the end of the road. The surrounding area provides quick and easy access to the South Downs and some truly beautiful walks with the dog. Alternatively you can on the beach in five minutes topping up that tan!
