Property description

Are you looking for a home that you can put your own stamp on? Something with good size rooms, in a fabulous location and with stunning views? This lovely home has all you could wish for and more.

There are a few things that need updating but nothing you couldn't live with whilst you decide exactly what you can do to make your home perfect. Plus you might also have the development potential with the under house storage and extensive loft space.

The landscaped easy-management garden is a good place to sit and relax, with space for children to play and the patio area makes a great spot for a barbecue .

The area has good community facilities with Saltdean Park down the road to walk the dog or for children to have a good run around in the playground, plus tennis courts, outdoor bowls and skae park at the Saltdean Oval, and also libraby and community activities as well as swimming at the Lido. Then, of course the beach is within walking distance too for a swim, exploring the rock pools.

Running out of any daily essentials won't be a problem as there are shops close by. Should you want to grab a quick meal out Brighton Marina is just down the road with a variety of restaurants to choose from.

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

Our Aunt lived here for over thirty years and really enjoyed her home.

Our Aunt was a volunteer at the local library which brought her great please and if she wasn't there she would often take a walk along the undercliff to the beautiful village of Rottingdean. There was always a lovely cafe to stop and have a cup of tea. She would then hop on a bus home which was always easy to do as there is a frequent bus service coming along the coast road.

She found the garage very handy and easy to park her car in, especially during the cold winters and having the internal door leading through to the house was a god send when she had been shopping.
