We moved from Kingston to here as we fell in love with the neighbourhood. There is a lovely community here and we have super neighbours. It's incredibly convenient, with a local shop within walking distance for when we run out of milk and bread and the buses make getting into Dorking a breeze.
The bungalow needed a huge amount of work when we bought it and we have completely transformed it since then. We have replaced the kitchen and made it a lovely bright useable room which it certainly wasn't when we came here! We also replaced the bathroom and in doing so had the walk in shower created and have redecorated every room.
