When we bought this property it had been neglected for many years and so we needed to do quite a lot of work on it. As our first home we carefully planned what we wanted and have refurbished the property right the way through. We wanted to live in a quiet village and Niton has proved to be just that but is still only a short drive away from our work.

I especially like the extra-long garage which has enough room for two cars or a car and a work area. We enlarged the driveway with block paving and it can now easily accommodate several cars. We are hoping to start a family so have decided to move to a larger property but will always have fond memories of our first home in Niton.
