This property is a beautiful property and has been my home for fifteen years. The uninterrupted sea view is exceptional and also includes lush green, open fields and woodland and all around is National Trust Land in a designated area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so no possibility of anything being built anywhere nearby, in the future. My only reason for selling is that I am moving abroad and if I was staying in the UK, I would simply not imagine finding a more special home. Living at this property has provided me with natural tranquillity, with no through traffic at all in Luccombe, and a short walk from my home to Luccombe beach, either from walking round from Shanklin or from Luccombe down the Cliff Path.
