My aunt and uncle had their bungalow built in the early 1970s and spent many happy years here. They always took pride in the upkeep of both the bungalow and gardens including the installation of replacement windows several years ago.
Although they designed all the accommodation on one level, there is the potential to extend up into the roof to create extra rooms, subject to the usual planning consents.
Now that my aunt can no longer manage on her own, the bungalow has to pass to a new owner who I am sure will enjoy their new home as much as she and my uncle did.
