The site is open from the 1st of March until 31st October and lettings cannot commence until the 20th March. Electricity charges are collected via coin operated meters administered and collected by the site owners, water charged by Anglian Water via via a normal water meter. The sale includes spring/autumn and summer duvets with anti allergy covers for both the double and twin beds, two sets of bedding for each, extra blankets and an ample quantity of towels and tea towels for the letting business.
