When we bought this property we were offered other options and it was a decision to either buy something that was already renovated or buy a property that we could make ours. This one certainly needed a fair amount of work but we could see beyond that and loved the layout. We replaced the double glazing, gutters and soffits. A new central heating system and boiler have been fitted as well as a new kitchen area and shower room. Most of the walls have been replastered and all the flooring has been replaced. There was a conservatory here but it was old so it was taken down and a garden room extension built in its place.
We really hope that whoever ends up living here really enjoys this home and appreciates whats been done!
