When I bought the property I was viewing all over Kent but just fell in love with Herne Bay and what it has to be offer. My daughter was going to be living with me and her going to a secondary school I needed good public transport so I had to have a bus stop close by.
The double glazed conservatory has been great for entertaining. As for the garden we have enjoyed rhubarb, strawberries and plenty of other fruits in fact our neighbours will miss all the freebies I give them.
