I have been very happy here and remember the day 5 years ago when I walked through the door and instantly knew this would be a home that I would happily live in.

I have improved the warmth by adding cavity wall insulation, new double glazed windows and front door.

The area is so quiet and everyone is very friendly that I will be sorry to leave. As I am getting older my family want me nearer to them so that is the only reason why I am moving.

I hope the next owners will be as happy as I have been living here!!.
