I have lived here for 30 years and originally it was built as a holiday home where the construction was wood panelling and asbestos/ Since owning the property I have renovated it by removing all the asbestos and changing the wood panelling to a brick outer skin surround with a cavity. This was all done under Planning and Building Regulations. As time has moved on there are still things that will need to be improved such as a new roof, redecoration and some windows to replace. The room in the roof could be turned into a bedroom once it is brought up to current Building Regulation Requirements. I will be sorry to leave but with the right person I know this could be a really lovely home it just needs some updating.
