Property description
Dreaming of your perfect village home then look no further as this superb bungalow could just be the one.
Situated in the heart of Godshill village and convenient for all of the excellent facilities it offers, you can walk down the road to the local shop for all your daily groceries. Maybe you could venture further afield onto one of the many rambling routes which start and finish in Godshill, taking you out into the surrounding countryside.
As you walk up to the property take a moment to admire the fabulous gardens and the ample parking before stepping inside where you’ll be amazed with the spacious accommodation it has to offer. Relax in the sunny conservatory and watch the wildlife in the mature garden before retiring for a bite to eat in the sitting room or spacious lounge and dining areas. The kitchen is well appointed and offers lots of storage as well as easy access to the garage should you need to get to the car for anything. Both the bedrooms are good sizes and will accommodate double beds and the practical shower room makes sense for those in their later years.
Outside the garden really gives you a sense of country living with plenty to keep you busy all year round. With various shrubs and bushes you can while away the hours here.
We think this property could be a perfect retirement home and offers buyers the chance to make their dream move a reality.

This lovely bungalow was Mum and Dads pride and joy. They loved sitting out in the conservatory watching the birds and admiring the garden which would keep them occupied for hours on end.
They were proud to live in Godshill and made a point of telling everyone what a lovely place it was to live. When they bought this bungalow it was ideal for them to be close to the shops in the village and not too far away from the family. They used to enjoy walking into the village and further afield in their younger days as there are plenty of paths nearby to get you out and about in the countryside. The bungalow is tucked away from view behind a high hedge and is a lot larger than it looks which was such a surprise to them when they came to view.
