We have loved being here over the past 16 years and many family members have enjoyed the benefits of us having a property here too. We have kept an eye on maintenance, upgrading the boiler, putting in a large convector radiator and heated towel rail. With the flat roof being under guarantee it's ready for a new owner. Our grandchildren loved spending days exploring the beach and braving the chair lift up at the nearby Alum Bay Needles attraction. With all this only a short ferry ride from mainland England this opportunity is surely too good to miss.
