When I was looking to buy it was important to me that the property had a good size garden as I loved spending time outdoors, whether it's to tend to my plants or to entertain. This bungalow was perfect as, not only did it have great front and rear gardens, but it had a beautiful view. On occasions I can see the sea mist rolling over the hillsides and settle in the valley below.

The home has always felt light and airy and it was always a welcome retreat to come back to. Given I lived here on my own it always felt such a safe place to be and ever so peaceful.

I have redecorated and re-carpeted in very recent years. I am only selling now as I have decided to settle back in Australia.
