I will be sorry to leave after some 10 years of happy, peaceful and hassle free living. For me it was the cul-de-sac location within Dormansland with its large garden, which has become like an extension of the house over the years and we have hosted many summer barbeques with our friends and family, which sold the property. Compared to so many new builds these days how many could offer such privacy and the luxury of space? The location allows easy access to the village shop, community centre and pubs not to mention the beautiful Surrey/Sussex countryside. The detached garage, with electric door, is large enough for a car. I have enjoyed many happy memories with my family here but I feel it is time to downsize and allow a new owner to create their own memories.
