Property description
How would you like to live in a vibrant village where there is plenty to do? You would, then come and consider Chartham! The village is only around 4 miles from Canterbury and has lots on offer. The local pub and The Artichoke pub and restaurant are well worth a visit for some good food or a glass of wine at the end of a hard day or to relax on the weekends. You can catch the train from Chartham and go on days out, or perhaps just use it to commute to work. Apart from this there is the memorial field in the centre of Chartham where you can take the dog for a walk and there is also a village hall where you can visit the farmers market that calls here from time to time. There is also a pretty local church which is lovely to look at too! Hillside Farm is located on the outskirts of Chartham and the home on offer is a lovely two bedroom bungalow. It is very well presented and will be just as good for a professional, couple/individual as it would be for anyone that is specifically looking for a bungalow. It would also be ideal for a holiday let or for somebody that spends time abroad and needs a base back home. Walk out of the development and you will be met by breath taking views across the downs where numerous walks and cycle rides can be found. How fabulous does this sound?
The property is offered for sale with vacant possession and is available to view immediately.

I purchased this bungalow back in November 2014 with a view to moving in. However my circumstances have changed and I have now decided to resell the property. I was initially attracted to the development itself which had an exclusive feel about it and being a farm yard conversion was surrounded by great views with a sense of peace and tranquillity.
I also liked the fact that I could walk into Chartham village itself and that Canterbury City is only a short drive away. I liked the character of the property itself and being detached was also a major advantage.
The property is ready to move into and is being sold with no forward chain.
