Our mum lived in this bungalow for around 10 years. She chose to live here as she needed something all on one level. She already really liked the estate as she had a cousin that lived in the area and had always liked it. The location here was very convenient for her as she could get a bus or taxi into the City centre very easily. It’s very nice and quiet in this neighbourhood too, which mean that mum could really relax when she was at home. We know she really liked the neighbours here. This bungalow would be lovely for someone older, either living on their own like our mum did, or a couple.
