It was originally a 1950's bungalow which we extensively rebuilt and refurbished and it has all been completed to modern standards. We have even positioned the steelwork in such a way that internal walls could be moved if someone wanted to reconfigure the accommodation.

Being situated in such a lovely road we think it would be ideal for a local person looking to downsize and although it is not a large property there is still scope to extend to the side or convert the garage (subject to consent).

We considered having the lounge a little smaller to incorporate an additional bedroom and we would be happy to do this for someone if they wanted.
