Property description
Tucked away, convenient, spacious, quiet and friendly are five of the benefits of this lovely bungalow.
A spacious interior with a surprisingly large lounge opening onto an impressive conservatory, which overlooks the pretty garden. The bedrooms will not disappoint, both sizeable doubles.
There is little to do here as the property has been recently redecorated throughout, well presented the light bright and airy rooms are ready to move in to.
If you are in need of extra space the loft would be the obvious area to develop with the necessary permissions, I have seen a further 2 bedrooms and shower room incorporated into a similar space.
The real secret is what lies behind the hedge, the river, offering pleasant walks into the town or to the seafront.
Tucked away in a minor road but with lots of driveway parking it could easily accommodate a caravan, motor home, or boat, as well as a car. Its location however allows you to leave your car at home and walk to Arundel with its range of local independent retailers, variety of pubs and choice of tea rooms.
Bungalows are a rare gem in Arundel and we think that this one will be hard to beat for its size, location and condition, we would strongly recommend an early viewing to avoid disappointment.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances. What the Owner says:
Having lived close by for a number of years I was elated to find a bungalow so close to the centre of Arundel. The property suited my needs but after a few years I decided to add the conservatory, this made a huge difference and doubled the living space. You may notice other properties in the road have converted the loft but I hadn’t the need for the extra space.
I can say that this has been a truly lovely home, you wouldn’t believe the amount of birds that visit the garden, all shapes and sizes. The river is on your doorstep but you have a great deal of security & privacy from the large dividing hedge. My son in law used to enjoy popping over with a sandwich, sitting on the river bank fishing.
