Admin Fee
There is a set Admin fee of £180 per property based on 2 adults and 2 children. Further £55 is for each person over 18. Licence fees for HMO/rooms are set at £100 per person. These are non-refundable fees.

RENT
All rents are strictly paid one month in advance via standing order.

Outside
PETS.
In some cases, with property owner‘s permission pets are accepted however a further £300 cleaning charge is taken upfront for the professional cleaning of all carpets when the tenancy is finished.

Viewings
