A self-catering apartment is booked exactly like a hotel for any period between two weeks and one year, and is completely flexible. The minimum stay in a self-catering apartment is 2 weeks and there is no necessity for a formal contract, references or hefty deposits.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN AN APARTMENT?
A self-catering apartment can usually sleep four people in comfort and privacy. This means that, for example, two separate people, two couples, four colleagues, or even an entire family, can share an apartment for less than the cost of a single standard hotel room! Our apartments come as standard with two large double bedrooms with a double bed in each, however, for even greater occupancy, we can swap these for twin single beds at your request. Please ask at the time of booking. (charges apply)

PARKING
Every self-catering apartment includes complimentary on-site parking for all clients. You will be allocated a parking space within the secure and well lit parking area on arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING
Prior to check in, your apartment will be fully cleaned with hypo-allergenic cleaning materials by our housekeeping staff. Each bed will be prepared with a set of clean crisp linen, and a set of bath and hand towels is provided for your use throughout your stay. The ethos of a self-catering apartment is to provide a cost-effective luxury accommodation solution. Therefore, each apartment is equipped with a washer dryer, steam iron and ironing board for your laundry, cleaning apparatus for the apartment, and all the of the hardware that you will need to maintain your apartment at the level of cleanliness that you personally require.

CAN I BRING MY PETS?
We know how important your furry friends can be, which is why, in some of our properties, we will allow pets to stay and keep their owners company. Please make sure that you discuss this with the Customer Support Team at the point of booking.

MAINTENANCE
We will provide a qualified maintenance service to look after your property during your stay. In the unlikely event that you require our expertise, then we will fix any problem with the minimum of fuss.

INTERNET ACCESS
Internet access can be added as an extra which is charged at £12 inc VAT per week. Just request this when making your booking, or at any point during your stay. Depending on location you may receive a mobile USB dongle, mobile MiFi Accesspoint allowing up to 5 devices to be connected, or access to WiFi Access points.

Letting fees information
Please Note: The asking rent does not include letting fees. Depending on your circumstances and the property the following fees may apply:

BEFORE YOU MOVE IN:

Risk Assessment/Reference Fee £114 (inc VAT) per adult
Risk Assessment/Referencing fees charged per Adult, to allow us to assess the following criteria:- Identity, immigration status and visa confirmation, financial checks, references from current or previous employers & landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability & suitability.

Fees for drawing up tenancy agreements £90 (inc VAT)
Preparation and issuance of Assured Shorthold or Corporate Assured Tenancy Agreement. Such fee is payable on each instance a new tenancy agreement is issued.

Check-in and check-out fee £228 (inc VAT)
Includes the check-in and check-out inspections, preparation of the written inventory, production of a digital DVD recording of both inspections, meter readings and property orientation. Fee will be deducted at the end of the tenancy from the security holding deposit.

Tenancy Deposit Scheme fees £48 (inc VAT)
The tenancy deposit protection legislation was introduced in April 2007 and is designed to protect the tenant`s deposit and ensure they get it back at the end of their stay, provided they meet all the terms of their Tenancy Agreement. We use (MyDeposits.co.uk) to secure your deposit.
