I purchased this property as a buy to let investment about 10 years ago. I am a firm believer of investing in properties you would live in yourself should the need ever arise and this had so much space that if I ever needed to live here I could do so comfortably.
Location wise whether you had a car or not everything you could need is accessible from here with buses and train giving you the option to go as far as you need. I have other interests now that take a priority over this, hence the reason I have chosen to sell. I think its a great buy in a great location, I hope it makes the new owners as happy as its made me over the past 10 years.
