APPLICATION PROCESS

If you wish to apply for a rental property through Valentines the credit check fee is £70.00.WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE. A Further £75 (ADMIN FEE) will be due together with the first month’s rent in advance and the Deposit on the day of move in. Applicants who are claiming housing benefit will automatically need a guarantor. The Guarantor will need a form of photographic ID. On the day of move in you will pay a months rent in advance plus a deposit which is normally the equivalent to a months rent plus the £75 application fee, in some cases landlords my request that you pay six weeks deposit.
