This flat has been great for us to use as a holiday home but more recently as an investment property. We have had several very good tenants and the flat has never been empty for long. Being so close to town is ideal as you can walk everywhere but having your own under cover parking is so convenient, especially with the remote controlled security gate. We have often enjoyed sitting out in the communal garden enjoying the view on a summers evening after a long day out and about around Ventnor and Steephill Cove. We are positive our apartment will appeal to a wide range of buyers and with the lift to all floors; it makes it suitable to those not able to go up many stairs.
