The location was the most important thing about the apartment when we purchased Holters Mill. We were buying a property for our daughter who was at University.
The location was great as it was walking distance to the City, main line station and most importantly to us as a family close to the University. We looked at others in Canterbury but this was the perfect spot. The complex is also very quiet and we never really hear anybody. As our daughter has now finished her studies we are now looking to sell the property with no chain.
