I have lived in this property for a number of years now and it has been absolutely perfect for me. Being in such a convenient location it has always been easy to get into Sutton or into town, with Sutton station only being a few minutes’ walk away.

Since being here I have kept the property in the best condition that I could, updating and improving as I have gone along.

It will be a sad day when I hand over the keys but I know that I am passing on a fantastic home to the new owners.
