I have owned this property now for 7 years and can honestly say that it has been a wonderful property to own.

I originally bought it to live in and more recently I have utilised it as a rental property. Within the last year I built into the roof space and made the apartment much bigger, it now has two genuine double bedrooms which is a real bonus.

The new owners I am sure will love the fresh feel to the property, as they can move straight in without the need for work.
