There were many reasons why I chose this property when I was looking for my new home but the location was a real plus.
Having Southwick Square just around the corner has made life so much easier, there is everything I need for day to day life including banks, a post office and a supermarket. The communal garden is a peaceful place to relax in the summer and the playground on Southwick Green has just been updated and is an amazing place for children to play and run around in relative safety.
