We were living in Southwater and were looking to buy a sound investment home within the village. Having looked at a number of various properties we came to see this one and the first thing we liked was the secure parking. Once inside we could not believe the amount of space and how well balanced the rooms are especially the two double bedrooms. We did not waste anytime in securing this home and it has worked very well for us as a rental property as we were lucky enough to get such good tenants who have really looked after it.

It will be a shame to sell and we hope someone enjoys it as much as we have.
