We first bought this apartment due to it's position on the water front. It offered everything we wanted and really enjoyed waking up to the view of the Solent in the morning.

We've always enjoyed walking down the road to the local cafes and feel that Southsea has a lot to offer in and around the local area.

We've now moved to the London area. due to work commitments, but will be sad to see this property go. We know that someone will enjoy it as much as we have. We are also in the process of extending the lease for the new purchaser.
