I bought this property 8 years ago and the first thing that impressed me was the size – it feels like a little house rather than a flat! It needed a lot of modernising too. Since living here I have had the kitchen and bathroom redone and also had a new boiler. I have replaced all the double glazing, apart from the smaller bedroom and front door. I love the fact it has its own front door – really feels like home. If it wasn’t for the fact I was buying something with my partner that has a garden, I would stay forever! I hope that whoever buys this loves it as much as I have.
